从废旧锂离子电池提钴后液中回收锂 被引量:8

Recovery of lithium from lithium liquor produced by cobalt extraction from spent lithium-ion batteries

摘要 以工业锂离子电池正极废料回收得到的提钴后液为原料,经一种特殊且廉价的方式浓缩,再利用化学沉淀法回收碳酸锂。实验结果表明:产品纯度达到工业一级品要求,锂一次回收率达到80%以上,综合回收率大于99.5%。实验得到最佳沉锂条件:锂离子质量浓度为24 g/L、水浴温度为85℃、吸附剂和络合剂的添加量分别为4.0 g/L和2.0 g/L、洗涤固液比为1∶4.5。该工艺简单易行、成本较低、适合工业化生产,具有良好的社会效益和市场前景。 With the lithium liquor produced by cobalt extraction from spent cathode materials of Li-ion battery as raw material,a special and cheaper way to concentrate the lithium solution,and by a chemical precipitation method to recycle lithium carbonate was suggested.Results showed that the final purity of lithium carbonate met the industrial first level standard.The primary recovery and comprehensive recovery of lithium were over 80% and 99.5%,respectively.The optimum preparation process of lithium carbonate was determined as follows:Li+mass concentration was 24 g/L,water bath temperature was 85 ℃,additive amounts of adsorbent and complexant were 4.0 g/L and 2.0 g/L,and wash solid to liquid ratio of 1∶4.5.The technology is simple in process,low in cost and suitable for industrialized production,and has good social benefits and market prospect.
