碳粉尘云最小点火能及其抑爆研究 被引量:10

摘要 为了研究碳粉尘云的燃烧爆炸特性,利用1.2 L哈特曼管装置,分别考察了粒度、质量浓度以及惰性粉体的抑制作用对碳粉尘云最小点火的影响。结果表明:碳粉粒度越小则最小点火能越低。最小点火能随碳粉质量浓度的增大先降低后升高,当质量浓度为0.500 g/L时得到的最小点火能最小(6.05 m J)。碳粉尘云最小点火能随惰性粉体NH_4H_2PO_4、SiO_2质量浓度的增加而升高。经对二者的抑制作用对比发现,NH_4H_2PO_4的抑爆能力强于SiO_2。 In order to study the characters of carbon dust cloud combustion and explosion,the influences of the particle size,mass concentration, and inhibition of inert powder on minimum ignition of carbon dust cloud were investigated respectively by a 1.2 L Hartmann tube device.Results showed that:the smaller particle size of the carbon was,the lower minimum ignition energy.With increasing of mass concentration of carbon powder the minimum ignition energy decreased first and then increased,when the mass concentration was 0.500 g/L,the minimum ignition energy was obtained(6.05 m J).With the increase of the mass concentration of inert dust NH_4H_2PO_4 and SiO_2,carbon dust cloud minimum ignition energy increased.The comparison of the two inhibitors found that the explosion suppression effect of NH_4H_2PO_4 was better than that of SiO_2.
