半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕80例疗效观察

A Clinical Observation on Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction for 80 Cases of Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency- Associated Vertigo

目的:观察半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者80例,随机将其分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组进行常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加服半夏白术天麻汤。治疗2个疗程4周后比较两组疗效、TCD检测结果。结果:研究组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率72.5%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的Vd和Vm与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕具有良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of modified Baizhu Tianma Decoction for vertebrobasilar insufficiency （VBI） -associated vertigo.Methods Select 80 cases of VBI associated vertigo patients,divided them into research group and the control group,40 cases in each group.Control group received routine therapy,research group taked Baizhu Tianma De-coction on basis of routine therapy.After 4 weeks,compared two groups with curative effect,the testing results of TCD and blood rhe-ology indexes.Results Total effective rate of research group was 90%,of control was 72.5%,differences existed statistically signifi-cant （P〈0.05 ）.Vd and Vm between two groups after treatment existed statistical significance （P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction is effective for VBI-associater vertigo,recommended clinical use.
