作为现代化农业和旅游业相结合的创新旅游形式,农业旅游已经成为了农业产业升级与旅游经济发展的巨大引擎,在农业及旅游业发展中都具有极为重要的作用。然而,由于我国农业旅游起步较晚,因此相关政策并不是十分健全,从而对农业旅游,特别是中小型农业旅游经营者发展农业旅游,带来了较多不确定性。在对农业旅游相关概念、特点及功能进行介绍的基础上,对农业旅游发展及相关政策现状进行分析,并从其政策需求的角度提出相应的建议与对策。
