Research of Intra-industry Trade between China and Malaysia under CAFTA Upgraded

中国与马来西亚的经贸往来有着悠久的历史,尤其是2010年中国—东盟自贸区正式建成以来双边经贸合作更是取得了突飞猛进的进展,双方政府都致力于进一步加强相互之间的贸易、投资、经济合作等经贸关系。随着经贸关系的发展,中马两国的贸易结构发生了较为显著的变化,由传统的禀赋优势贸易扩大到技术优势贸易,即产业间贸易逐渐延伸到产业内贸易。本文通过静态指标和动态指标对中马产业内贸易水平进行测度,并且以数据测算两国产业内贸易的竞争性与互补性,从中探讨两国产业内贸易发展存在的问题及相应对策。

There is a long history in economic and trade exchanges between China and Malaysia; especially ever since the official establishment of China - ASEAN Free Trade Area in 2010, the bilateral trade and economic cooperation have made rapid progress, and both governments are committed to further strengthening trade, investment, economic cooperation and trade relations between them. With the development of economic and trade relations, trade structure between the two countries has undergone significant changes, expanding from the traditional endowment business to technology business, that is, inter - industry trade gradually extended to intra - industry trade. The paper measures the level of intra - industry trade by the static indicators and dynamic indicators, and analyzes based on data the competitive and complementary of intra - industry trade between the two countries, in order to find out the problems in it and propose some corresponding countermeasures.
