The Characteristics and Innovative Methods for Archives Management of Intangible Cultural Heritage

自从联合国教科文组织《保护非物质文化遗产公约》(2003)问世以来,非物质文化遗产的抢救、保护和传承受到世界各国的高度重视。我国现有38项世界非物质文化遗产,云南作为全国的民族文化大省至今尚无一项世界非物质文化遗产,这关乎全社会的责任,文化和档案部门责任尤其重大。相关部门应当认真思考、探索云南非物质文化遗产建档保护的方法,创新路径,促使全省各民族非物质文化遗产的保护和传承取得实质性的突破,为民族文化建设"由大转强"贡献力量。

Since the publishing of The Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO, all the nations in the world pay more attention to the rescue, protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage. However, Yunnan, as a province of diverse cultures of ethnic groups, has not had one world intangible heritage by now, which involves the social responsibility, especially the responsibility of the departments of culture and archives. The departments concerned should work hard to explore the innovative methods for building archives for the intangible heritage in Yunnan so that the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage will achieve breakthrough and contribute to the cultural construction of the ethnic groups in Yunnan.
