延续性护理对颈内动脉剥脱术患者出院后生活质量疗效的影响分析

Influence of Continuity Nursing on the Quality of Life of Patients after Discharge from Hospital of Internal Carotid Artery

目的:探讨延续性护理对颈内动脉剥脱术患者出院后生活质量疗效的影响。方法:选取2013年3月-2016年3月本院收治的行颈内动脉剥脱术患者50例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=25)和对照组(n=25),对照组给予常规护理及出院指导,试验组在对照组的基础上,在出院后6个月内给予延续性护理,比较两组患者出院6个月后并发症的发生情况,应用Quality of Life Questionnare-Core30(QOL-C30)问卷以躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质状态4个功能子量表评价两组患者出院时及出院6个月后的生活质量,并比较两组患者出院后的用药依从性。结果:试验组患者出院6个月后1例偶有头晕,1例颈部活动受限,而对照组5例偶有头晕,3例颈部活动受限,两组并发症发生率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组QOL-C30问卷总分及其躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质状态各功能子量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的用药依从性完全依从率为72.00%(18/25)明显高于对照组的32.00%(8/25)(P<0.05)。结论:对颈内动脉剥脱术患者出院后实施延续性护理能有效预防远期并发症,可明显提高患者的用药依从性,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of continuity nursing on the quality of life of patients after discharge from hospital of internal carotid artery.Method：A total of 50 cases of patients with internal carotid artery stripping were selected from March 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into the experimental group（n=25） and the control group（n=25）.The control group was given routine nursing and discharge guidance,the experimental group was based on the control group,and the continuity of nursing care was given within 6 months after discharge.The incidence of complications was compared of two groups after 6 months of discharge.The application of QOL C30（Quality of Life Questionnare-Core30） questionnaire to physical function,psychological function,social function and physical state of 4 functional sub volume to evaluate two patients discharged from the hospital after 6 months and the quality of life,and compared the two groups of patients after discharge medication compliance.Result：After 6 months,1 patient had dizziness discharged patients in the experimental group,1 case had neck restricted activity,while the control group 5 patients had dizziness,3 cases had neck activity limitation,the complication rate of two groups was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.The total score of QOL-C30,physical function,psychological function,social function and physical state of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The compliance rate of the experimental group was 72.00%（18/25）,was significantly higher than 32.00%（8/25） of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Continuity nursing can effectively prevent long-term complications after discharge in patients with internal carotid artery stripping,which can significantly improve the patient＇s medication compliance and improve the quality of life of patients.
