从现有的研究来看,蛋鸡营养需要量的研究方法主要有综合法和析因法两种。析因法是把动物的营养需要量剖分成不同的需要分别测定,再求和。而综合法不考虑各种不同生产目的以及维持的需要,只考虑总的需要。本文分别对两种方法从定义、具体方法、研究现状和方法评价上做了详细的阐述。对两种方法做出对比分析后,建议将综合法和析因法结合使用,先利用析因法测定某品种蛋鸡对某营养物质的需要量,再利用综合法验证析因法得出的结果,提高试验结果的准确性。

From the existing research, the research methods of laying hens nutrient requirements are the two main types： Comprehensive method and Factorial method. Factorial method is dividing the animals＇ needs into different sectiona/ needs to determine, and then summed. The comprehensive method does not consider the various production purposes and the need to maintain. It only consider the total need. In this paper, these two methods were described in detail from the definition, specific methods, research status and method evaluation. After making a comparative analysis of the two methods,it is recommended that the combination method and the factorial method are better to use in combination. Firstly, using factorial method for the determination of some varieties of laying hens demand for certain nutrients, then by use of comprehensive method to verify the factorial method results, improve the accuracy of the test result.
