α-羟丁酸脱氢酶检测对非霍奇金淋巴瘤诊断及预后的意义

The significance of detection of alpha hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase in diagnosis and prognosis of non Hodgkin lymphoma

目的探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者中α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)检测的临床价值。方法选取2014至2016年收治的NHL患者80例作为NHL组,另选取同期健康受检者80例作为健康对照组。比较NHL组与对照组的血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-HBDH水平;比较不同性别、年龄、分期、分型NHL患者血清LDH、α-HBDH、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)的水平;比较NHL患者治疗前后的血清LDH、α-HBDH水平;观察α-HBDH与LDH和β2-MG的相关性。结果 NHL患者LDH和α-HBDH水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05);不同分期NHL患者α-HBDH、β2-MG差异显著,不同分型NHL患者LDH、α-HBDH差异显著(P<0.05),不同年龄与性别NHL患者各项指标均无显著差异(P>0.05);NHL患者治疗后LDH和α-HBDH水平较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05);NHL患者血清α-HBDH水平与LDH、β2-MG水平均呈正相关。结论 NHL患者血清α-HBDH水平升高,且与LDH、β2-MG存在正相关关系,与患者病理分型与分期存在明显关系,可以作为患者病情与预后的有效判断指标。

Objective To investigate the detection value of alpha hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase（ α- HBDH） in patients with non Hodgkin lymphoma（ NHL）. Methods From 2014 to 2016,80 cases of patients with NHL were selected as NHL group,80 cases of healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the healthy control group. The serum LDH,alpha HBDH levels of the two groups were compared. Serum lactate dehydrogenase（ LDH）,alpha HBDH,β2- microglobulin（ β2- MG） of NHL patients with different sex,age,stage,type were compared. The serum LDH,alpha HBDH levels of NHL patients before and after treatment were compared. The correlation of alpha LDH and HBDH and β2- MG were observed. Results The LDH and alpha HBDH levels of NHL patients were significantly higher than those of healthy controls（ P〈0. 05）. The alpha HBDH,β2- MG had significant difference in different stages of NHL patients,LDH,alpha HBDH had significant difference in different types（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in NHL patients with different ages or sexes（ P〈0. 05）. The LDH and alpha HBDH levels after treatment were significantly lower that before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Serum alpha HBDH and LDH,β2- MG levels were positively correlated. Conclusion The level of α- HBDH in patients with NHL is increased,and there is a positive correlation between it and β2- MG,LDH,which is significantly correlated with the pathological type and stage of the patients.
