创意产业集聚与产业结构优化升级——来自2004—2013年省际面板数据的实证分析

Creative Industry Agglomeration and Industrial Structure Optimization and Upgrading in China——An Empirical Analysis Based on Provincial Panel Data from 2004 to 2013

本文结合中国大陆31个省级行政区面板数据,运用固定效应与随机效应分析方法,探讨一种新兴产业业态——创意产业,其集聚式发展与产业结构优化升级的关系。实证研究发现,创意产业集聚对第三产业量的增长、产业可持续发展即产业发展质量与效益影响显著,并且因区域创新、人力资本以及投资的不同呈现不同程度的影响。针对不同区域发展水平,加大创意产业投资以及政策扶持力度,提高创意产业的区域集聚水平,在新常态下将有利于带动整体产业结构优化升级,实现经济转型发展。

Combining with panel data from 31 provinces in China, this paper will use fixed effect and random effect analysis method to discuss a new industry format, creative industry, and will focus on the relationship between its cluster development and another two aspects including industrial structure upgrading and sustainable industry development. Based on current empirical studies, the cluster of Chinese creative industry has a significant impact on industrial structure upgrading and sustainable industry development, and the influence level is affected by regional innovation, human capital and investment. In the ＇ new normal＇ , for areas with different development levels, it will help to optimize and upgrade the whole industry structure to achieve economic restructuring and development through increasing creative industry investment and policy support, and raising regional agglomeration level of creative industry.
