摘要
战略性新兴产业的研究较少关注企业微观层面与行业层面的系统分析,商业模式是一个有效的跨层次系统解释工具。基于商业模式理论,总结中国战略性新兴产业的三类商业模式:产品制造型、技术驱动型和市场满足型,并提出技术-产品-市场交互架构商业模式是在不确定的环境下驱动战略性新兴产业发展的最优模式。最优模式的实现需要企业打破组织边界,建立商业模式创新系统框架,形成灵活的立体创新网络,为战略性新兴企业的商业模式创新提供动力来源、资源基础和合法化构建氛围。
The strategic emerging industry research is less concerned with system analysis of micro level of enterprises and industry level. The business model is an effective explanation tool of the cross-level system. Based on the theory of business model, three business models of strategic emerging industry are put forward: product manufacturing, technology driven and market satisfaction. The interactive frame of the business model is the optimal model of the new emerging industry development under the uncertain environment. The realization of the optimal model requires enterprises to break the organizational boundary and establish the innovation network in the open system. Through collaborative mechanism design, enterprises and stakeholders are promoted to the establishment of the innovation network. The innovation network can provide motive power, sources, and atmosphere of structuring legalization.
