摘要
知识作为人类认识成果的结晶,除了具有宏观经济学角度的可量度性外,还具有创造观念及精神产品的正向价值。医学知识不仅具有理论上的科学性,还具有医患之间病情的直觉和体验、无法言表的价值观等精神性。本文明确了医学知识的显性价值和隐性价值,指出医学生课外教育中存在医学知识价值缺失的问题,提出在辅助课堂教学中开展可操作的课外实践教学,从建立"以高带低"的医学生学习社团、开展社区志愿服务课程、制定终身学习反馈计划3个方面入手,推进医学知识价值的实现,提高医学生的个体认知。
As a crystallization of human understanding achievement, knowledge not only has the measurable property of macro economics, but also has the positive value of creative ideas and spiritual products. Medical knowledge includes not only the scientific nature of theory knowledge, but also patient's condition between intuition and experience, unutterable spiritual values, etc. This paper clarifies the explicit and implicit value of medical knowledge. It points out the lack of medical knowledge value in extracurricular education of medical students. It proposes to develop extracurricular operational practice teaching in auxiliary class teaching to promote the realization of medical knowledge value and improve medical students' individual cognitive from establishing the "high with low" medical students learning community, developing community volunteer service course, making lifelong learning feedback plan.
