HU Yongsheng's Experience in Treating Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia

自身免疫性溶血性贫血是一种由于免疫功能紊乱而导致的获得性溶血性疾病。胡永盛老师认为,本病的发生是以气血阴阳虚损为本,伏火内郁为标,治疗当以补气养血、固护脾胃为法,配以养阴清热之品。根据病情发展,血虚较甚时,常以当归补血汤补气养血;病情稳定后,常以四君子汤为主方健运脾胃,并举验案一则供临床实践参考。

Autoimmune hemolytic anemia is an acquired hemolytic anemia caused by immune dysfunction. HU Yongsheng thinks that this disease occurs with Qi, blood, Yin and Yang deficiency as the root, with concealed fire stagnation inside as the manifestation. Replenishing Qi and nourishing blood, harmonizing stomach and spleen should be taken, combined with herbs for replenishing Yin and removing heat. According to the process of illness, Danggui Buxue Tang （当归补血汤） was often applied to nourish blood when blood deficiency is serious; when the medical condition becomes stable, Sijunzi Tang （四君子汤） was anolied as main formula to strengthen and transport spleen and stomach. One proven case was illustrated for clinical practical reference.
