“互联网+”背景下农民培训意愿的假设证伪与模型建构——基于中西部猕猴桃主产区农业合作社的实证调查

The Supposition Falsification and Model Construction of Farmers' Training Intention in the Background of Internet——An Empirical Study on Agricultural Cooperatives in the Main Producing Areas of Kiwifruit

对农民进行技术培训是提升农业生产效率的重要途径,本文利用中西部猕猴桃主产区农业合作社问卷调查的数据,以农民参与合作社技能培训的意愿为因变量,将"互联网+"作为中介变量作多元线性回归分析,对农民参与技能培训需求意愿的假设进行证伪。研究结果表明,参加合作社对农民农业技术培训意愿有显著影响,农民使用互联网的频度和深度直接影响农民农业技术培训意愿,且参加合作社程度越深,农民农业技术培训的意越强烈。因此,要搭建"互联网+"平台,鼓励农民参与合作社,建立专业合作社与培训主体对接的农业技术培训体系,不断拓宽专业合作社中"互联网+"运用的范围与程度。

The technical training is an important way to enhance the efficiency of agricultural production. Based on the data of questionnaire survey on the agricultural cooperatives in the main producing areas of kiwi fruit in central and western Chi- na, this paper uses ＂the Internet ＋＂ as the intermediary,variables for multiple linear regression analysis, the demand of farmers to participate in skills training hypothesis will be falsified. The results show that the participation of cooperatives has a sig nificant impact on farmers Times New Roman willingness to participate in agricultural technology training. The frequency and depth of farmers Times New Roman use of the Internet have a direct impact on the farmers Times New Roman willingness to participate in agricultural technology training, and the deeper the degree of cooperative participation, the stronger the farmers＇ technical training. The establishment of professional cooperatives and the training of the main docking of agricultural technology training system, continue to broaden the professional cooperatives in the ＂Internet ＋＂ range and extent.
