摘要
为找出影响自助售货机人机交互性能的关键设计因素、交互元素及参数,在分析现有自助售货机设计的基础上,发现以机器为本的设计逻辑是阻碍人机交互的关键。比较日常生活中以机器为本和以人为本的不同消费行为模式,建立了以人为本的自助售货机交互模型,该模型的应用测试结果显示,以用户为中心的界面系统可显著缩短操作时间、减少操作出错。所建立的模型和方法为同类自助产品系统的交互设计构建了基础和框架。
In order to determine the key design factors, interface elements and parameters which affected the man-machine interaction performance of vending machines, it was found out that the machine-centered design logic was the key hinder of man-machine interaction based on the analysis of current vending machine design. A new user-centered intelligent interaction model of vending machines was developed through the comparison result of consumption behavior in daily life between machinecentered and user-centered design principles. The test results of this model showed that the user-centered interface system could effectively reduce the operational time and decrease the mistake rate. This model and approach could also establish the frame- work for the interactive interface of similar self-service product system.
