玉米秸秆配氮还田对土壤酶活性、微生物量碳含量及土壤呼吸量的影响 被引量:36

Effects of Maize Straw Returning with Nitrogen Fertilizer on Soil Enzyme Activity,Microbial Biomass Carbon Content and Respiration

摘要 采用室内培养法,设置3个玉米秸秆还田量与3个氮肥水平,共9个处理,研究玉米秸秆配氮还田对土壤酶活性、微生物量碳含量以及土壤呼吸量的影响。结果表明:玉米秸秆配氮还田可以增加土壤呼吸量与土壤微生物量碳含量,显著提高土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性;相同氮肥水平条件下,土壤微生物量碳含量与3种酶活性随着秸秆还田量的增加而升高。玉米秸秆配氮还田对土壤多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性表现出一定的抑制。微生物量碳含量,土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、CAT活性与土壤呼吸量均呈显著正相关,土壤PPO活性与土壤呼吸量呈负相关。 The indoors culture method of soil was taken to explore the effects of application of maize straw with urea to soil on soil enzyme activity, microbial biomass carbon and soil respiration amount using 9 treatments including 3 maize straw returning amount and 3 nitrogen application rate levels. Results showed that combined application of maize straw with urea increased soil respiration rate and soil microbial biomass carbon content, and improved soil urease, invertase and catalase activities significantly. The soil microbial biomass carbon content and three kinds of enzyme activities increased with the increase of straw returning amount in the same urea level.The activity of polyphenol oxidase in soil showed a certain inhibition by the application of urea and maize straw. Microbial biomass carbon content, soil urease, invertase, catalase activities were positive correlation significantly, but soil polyphenol oxidase activity was negative correlation with soil respiration rate.
