摘要 约束理论(Theory of Constraint,TOC)通过以整体观聚焦约束、分析约束、解决约束提高限制系统总体性能;精益生产(Lean Production,LP)关注价值流,减少浪费、降低成本;而六西格玛(Six Sigma,SS)旨在消除变异、减少波动,稳定流程、获得顾客满意度。三者本质上都是为了实现持续改进的管理模式,存在优势互补。文章结合约束理论、精益生产、六西格玛建立(TOC-Lean Production-Six Sigma,TLS)集成模型,并利用该模型对A公司手机组装生产线进行改善,验证该模型的实际成效。 Theory. of Constraint (TOC) improves system performance by focusing,analysing and solving the constrait in a overall view. Lean Production focuses on the value stream to reduce waste and costs and Six Sigma aims at achieving customer's satisfaction through eliminating variability, reducing volatility and stabilizing processes. The three are essentially in order to achieve continuous improvement of the management model, there are complementary advantages. This paper combines TOC, Lean Production and Six Sigma to build the (TOC-Lean Production-Six Sigma, TLS) integration model, in the meanwhile uses it to improve the assembly production line of A company to validate the model.
