摘要 汽车产业的高速发展为中国第三方汽车物流带来迅速的增长,汽车厂扩大其物流业务外包,范围涵盖了整车物流、入厂物流和售后零部件物流等领域。而入厂物流项目规划的合理性对汽车制造企业运营效率及物流成本有重大的影响。文章主要研究SGMW项目入厂物流中物流规划在企业的生产服务过程中,如何将人员、物料、流程及所需相关的设施设备等作出最有效的组合与安排,并与其他设施协调,以期获得安全、效率与经济的操作,满足企业经营需求,同时能进一步对企业长期的组织功能和发展产生更积极的影响和效益。 The rapid development of the automobile industry has brought about Vigorous growth for the third-party automobile logistics in China. The automobile factory has expanded its logistics business outsourcing, covering the fields of vehicle logistics, in-factory logistics and after-sale parts logistics. And the reasonable logistics planning in the factory has a significant impact on the operating efficiency and logistics cost management for the automobile manufacturing enterprises. This article mainly studies that during logistics planning of SGMW in-factory project in the process of production and service. how to make the most effective combination and arrangement of personnel, material, process and related facilities by coordinating with other factors to achieve safety, efficiency and economical operation. It aims to meet the business operation requirements and have further positive impact and benefits on the long-term organizational functions and development of the enterprises.
