The automobile factory has expanded its logistics business outsourcing, covering the fields of vehicle logistics, in-factory logistics and after-sale parts logistics. And the reasonable logistics planning in the factory has a significant impact on the operating efficiency and logistics cost management for the automobile manufacturing enterprises. This article mainly studies that during logistics planning of SGMW in-factory project in the process of production and service. how to make the most effective combination and arrangement of personnel, material, process and related facilities by coordinating with other factors to achieve safety, efficiency and economical operation. It aims to meet the business operation requirements and have further positive impact and benefits on the long-term organizational functions and development of the enterprises.
