摘要
企业通常将库存元件进行分类来达到高效库存管理的目的,广泛应用于库存分类的方法就是ABC分类法。在多准则分类方面,有很多对准则权重如何产生的研究,但是很少有对决策矩阵变换方法的研究。近年来出现了一些将聚类分析方法用于ABC库存分类的案例,但是他们的方法过于复杂。文章提出了一种新的决策矩阵变换方法,该方法使规范后的决策向量均值相等,并将一种简单的聚类分析方法应用于ABC库存分类中。在文章最后用一个案例来说明该方法的有效性。
Companies often classify inventory components into several groups to achieve the purpose of efficient inventory management. What is widely used in the inventory classification is the ABC classification. In terms of a muhi-criteria classification, there are a lot of researches on how to get criteria weights, hut few study on deciision matrix transform method. In recent years, there have been some clustering analysis methods are used in ABC classification, but they are too complicated. This article puts forward a new method of decision-making matrix transformation. The method makes the average of the decision vector equals after the specification. We also applied a simple cluster analysis method to the ABC inventory classification. At last, a real-world example is included to illustrate the proposed approach and it advantages.
