Application of Improved FAHP in Risk Assessment of the Core Enterprise in Supply Chain

核心企业是供应链中最主要的部分,若供应链中的任何一部分存在着风险就会使核心企业受到影响,甚至会导致供应链的中断而无法健康运转。因此,供应链中的风险预警和评估是非常重要的,这也是保证供应链各个部分健康运转的前提。文章通过分析国内对供应链风险评估的研究,然后采用改进AHP和模糊理论建立综合的评估模型,弥补了传统的AHP标度上的缺陷,使得到的权重更能接近实际。最后进行案例分析,说明算法的应用。

The core enterprise is the most important part of the supply chain. If any part of the supply chain has a risk,it will make the core enterprise affected, even lead to supply chain disruptions and unhealthy functioning. Therefore. both risk early warning and assessment in the supply chain are very important, which is also to ensure the healthy operation of all parts of the supply chain. Through analysis of the domestic supply chain risk assessment researches, in this paper, a comprehensive assessment model is established using the improved AHP and Fuzzy theory. Improved AHP makes up for the shortcomings of traditional AHP on the scale, also makes the right to get closer to the actual weight. Finally, a case study is given to illustrate the application of the algorithm.
