服务区域经济发展的高职物流管理专业师资队伍建设探析

近年来,伴随着我国经济的发展和物流需求的增加,物流业迈入了飞速发展的阶段。高职院校物流师资队伍建设中的问题也逐渐暴露出来了,文章对中部地区的物流业发展情况进行了简单的阐述,运用调查法、比较论证法分析了高职院校物流管理专业师资队伍存在的主要问题,研究和探索适合我国国情、区域经济发展和高职院校实际的物流专业师资队伍建设模式,从政府和高校两个角度提出如何构建一个能主动服务区域经济发展需求的高职物流管理专业师资队伍。

In recent years, with the development of economy and the increase of logistics requirements in our country, logistics industry has entered a rapid development stage. The problems in the construction of logistics teachers in higher vocational colleges have been gradually exposed. This paper brefly described the development of logistics industry in central China. By investigation and comparative demonstration, this paper analyzed the main problems of the logistics management teachers in higher vocational colleges, to research and explore the construction mode of logistics teaching staff that suitable for our national conditions, regional economic development and higher vocational colleges, and proposed how to construct higher vocational logistics management teacher teams from government and universities, which must be served the demands of regional economic development positively.
