Principles and precautions of medical treatment for adenomyosis of the uterus

子宫腺肌病的治疗目的为缓解疼痛,减少出血和促进生育。手术治疗尤其是子宫切除术仍然是目前主要的治疗方法。非手术治疗主要是缓解痛经,减少月经量和保留或促进生育,主要疗法有药物治疗、介入治疗和病灶消融治疗等。药物治疗的原则是选用有效且副反应较小的药物行个体化治疗。文章着重介绍子宫腺肌病的药物治疗原则及注意事项。

The aim of the treatments for adenomyosis of the uterus is to relieve pain,to reduce heavy menstrual flow and to retain or enhance fertility.Surgerical treatment,particularly hysterectomy,remains the most important method of treatment for the disease up to now.The main conservative therapeutic methods include medical therapy,uterine artery embolization and focal ablation therapy.The principles of medical treatment for adenomyosis of the uterus are to be individualized,using effective drugs with fewer side-effects.In this article,medical treatments for adenomyosis of the uterus are discussed through literature review as well as author＇s clinical experience.
