水产品中孔雀石绿残留量的检测与分析

摘要 孔雀石绿是三个芳香胺的聚合物,具有潜在致癌、致畸、致突变作用,但在现实当中还有非法使用的现象。本文在GB/T20361-2006标准方法的基础上,优化了水产品中孔雀石绿的前处理方法。结果表明本文所优化的水产品样品前处理方法时间比GB/T20361-2006减少近一半,大大减少乙腈和二氯甲烷的用量,不需使用容易交叉污染的匀浆机和旋转蒸发仪,分析结果回收率高,重复性好。
