摘要
随着社会的不断发展和进步,各项工程项目建设逐渐兴起,随之而来的工程消防安全问题逐渐成为社会关注的焦点,尤其是超高层建筑,因其高度高、影响力大等特点,对火灾的预防与控制成为工程建设中的重中之重。除对正式消防系统效用的研究之外,施工期的消防安全措施正在逐步被人所重视与钻研。以天津高银117大厦工程建设为例,简单介绍了117大厦采用的临时消防系统,并介绍了一种自主研发的顶部逃生爬梯系统。
With the continuous development of society and progress,the quantity of construction project is gradually rise,followed by engineering fire safety problems which become the focus of social attention,especially in high-rise buildings. Because of its high altitude,great influence,fire prevention becomes top priority in the engineering construction. In addition to the study of formal fire control system utility,the fire control safety measures during the construction are gradually being paid great attention and study.Based on the construction of the Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building,this paper introduces the fire water system,including the official fire fighting system and fire control system during the construction,and introduces independent research and development of escape system at the top of the ladder.
