摘要
混凝土构件在起吊过程中要用到大量的预埋吊件,预埋吊件形式多种多样,尺寸大小各不相同,极限荷载也存在很大差异,随着国内装配式混凝土结构的大力发展,预埋吊件的应用更加广泛。由于目前预埋吊件并没有相关检验标准,无法进行检验,导致其在使用过程中存在着严重的安全隐患。针对国外相关或可以借鉴的规范内容进行对比分析,通过对比,给出合理化建议,为编制预埋吊件标准提供依据。
Many embedded hanging parts are used to lift the precast concrete member in construction. The type,size and ultimate bearing capacity of embedded hanging parts are varying and different. With the development of prefabricated concrete structure,the embedded hanging parts will be widely used. At present,there is no related test standard to check the quality of embedded hanging parts. There are serious security problems during use. In this paper,comparative analysis of relevant standards between domestic and international was conducted to propose reasonable suggestions and provide basis for the setting of specifications.
