摘要
结合沉管施工,设计了一种水下安装、拆除的模板体系,保证了水下钢筋混凝土的结构尺寸;通过试验配制了一种高性能的水下不离散混凝土,并结合混凝土拌合物的性能特点,制定了合理的水下混凝土非连续浇筑施工工艺,保证了在有一定水流速条件及非连续浇筑的工况下,水下混凝土的浇筑质量。
With sinking construction, an underwater installation, dismantling formwork system was designed,which ensured the underwater structure size of reinforced concrete. By test, a high performance underwater indiscrete concrete was prepared and combined with the characteristics of concrete mixture, reasonable discontinuous pouring construction underwater was put forward. This technology ensured the concrete pouring quality underwater in the condition of certain water flow velocity and discontinuous pouring.
