摘要
EPS聚苯免拆模板代替木模板应用于混凝土楼板结构施工中,是一种对传统模板和建筑节能的全新探索,该种模板不仅具有支撑成型的功能,而且可以在结构楼板施工过程中完成楼板保温,这种免拆模板体系在应用的过程中具有施工速度快、节能保温性能,同时降低了工程造价,有利地推动模板从单一材料向新型复合材料发展。
EPS polystyrene-free formwork is a new exploration for traditional formwork and building energy-saving,which not only has the function of supporting forming,but also can be used in the construction of concrete slabs in the process for slab insulation. The formwork-free system has characteristics of high construction speed,energy-saving and insulation properties,while can reduce the project cost,and promote the formwork development from a single material to composite materials.
