摘要
对某框架剪力墙结构施工过程中的支撑立杆轴力和楼板相对位移进行现场实测,得到了多层模板支撑体系在施工过程中立杆的内力时程曲线和楼板的挠度曲线;探索了多层模板支撑体系传力路径和荷载传递规律。进一步用有限元分析软件SAP2000建立了多层模板支撑体系施工期性能分析模型,将数值分析结果与实测结果进行对比,并分析了产生差异的原因,实现了对多层模板支撑体系施工期的模拟。
In this paper,the axial force of vertical bars and relative displacement of floor in a frame shear wall structure are measured on site during construction. Then the time history for construction's internal force curve and relative displacement are obtained. Thus,the path of force transfer and load transfer law in multistory formwork supports system is studied. Furthermore,the finite element software SAP2000 is adopted to develop the performance analysis model of multistory formwork support system in construction.The difference between the value of analysis model and on-site is compared and possible reason is presented in this paper,which realize the simulation of multistory formwork supports system.
