人工岛短期填海区超厚淤泥层软弱土质下冲孔灌注桩施工,采用传统工艺易塌孔、漏浆,成孔难度大、成桩速度慢。通过工程施工实例,阐述了灌注桩长护筒成桩施工新技术的工艺原理、施工重难点及控制要点等,该技术可有效保证填海区复杂地质条件下灌注桩成桩质量。

When punching cast-in-place pile construction in artificial island short-term reclamation of super thick silt area soft soil adopts the traditional process,it has characteristics of easy collapse,easy slurry leakage, difficult pores forming and slow piling. Through engineering examples, this paper expounds the principle,new technology difficult point and the control points of bored piles and so on.This technology can effectively guarantee the quality of reclamation filling pile.
