摘要
历经20余年发展,以腹腔镜为主流的微创技术在结直肠外科中的应用经历了翻天覆地的变化。腹腔镜结直肠手术在经历了快速发展阶段后,目前正处于发展平台期,然而在科技飞速发展的今天,蓄势待发的新一轮技术革命对腹腔镜结直肠手术而言或许并不遥远。
Laparoscopy, as a mainstream of minimally invasive surgery, underwent great changes in the colorectal surgery in the past 20 years. After a high speed development, the laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer is now in a technique development platform. With the great effort of laparoscopic surgeons, a revolutionary era of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer might be coming in the near future.
