针刺治疗膝骨关节炎的效果

The effect of acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的 :分析针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的效果及机制。方法 :选取2014年1月—2016年1月收治的膝骨关节炎患者86例,随机分为对照组43例,口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗;试验组43例,在对照组基础上加用针灸治疗。治疗3个月后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 :试验组总有效率为93.02%(40/43),显著优于对照组的79.06%(34/43,P<0.05)。试验组患者疼痛、肿胀以及功能障碍评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :对膝骨关节炎采取针灸治疗,可以使相关症状得到明显改善,对膝关节功能恢复起到良好的促进作用,具有临床推广价值。

Objective： To analyze the effect and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： A total of 86 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from January 2014 to January 2016 and randomly divided into a control group with 43 cases that were treated with glucosamine sulfate capsules, and an experimental group with 43 cases that were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the method of the control group. The efficacy were compared between two groups after treatment for 3 months. Results： The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.02%（40/43）, which was significantly better than that of the control group 79.06%（34/43, P〈0.05）. The scores of pain, swelling and dysfunction of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can make the related symptoms improved significantly and play a good role in promoting the recovery of knee joint function, which has the clinical promotion value.
