知识培训方案优化对社区护士糖尿病知识影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :了解糖尿病防治知识结构优化培训对社区护理人员知识掌握程度的效果。方法 :2013年11月—2014年1月选取闸北区彭浦社区卫生服务中心七个服务站点中的7名护士作为干预组;另一社区卫生服务中心服务站点选取7名年龄、资质相当的护士作为对照组。对干预组和对照组进行糖尿病健康知识基线测试,在此基础上,对照组按常规方法进行培训,干预组采取糖尿病健康知识优化培训方案进行培训。培训3个月后,对两组糖尿病知识掌握程度进行评价。结果 :与培训前相比,两组的糖尿病理论知识、操作技能掌握程度、沟通技巧有不同程度改善,干预组要好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :优化糖尿病防治知识结构培训方案对提高社区护士糖尿病理论知识、操作技能及沟通能力上优于常规培训方案。 Objective: To understand the effect of the optimized knowledge structure training on mastery of diabetes prevention and treatment knowledge of community nurses. Methods: Seven nurses from seven service stations in Pengpu Community Health Service Center, Zhabei District were selected as an intervention group, and another seven nurses from another seven stations, whose age and qualifications were equal were selected as the control group. Baseline test of diabetes health knowledge was conducted in the intervention group and the control group. On this basis, the control group was still in the general method of training, and the intervention group was trained with the optimized diabetes health knowledge training program. After 3 months of training, the mastery degree of diabetes knowledge of the two groups was evaluated. Results: Compared with before training, diabetes theory knowledge, operation skill mastery degree and communication skill had different degrees of improvement and the intervention group was better than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The optimized diabetes knowledge structure training program is superior to the general training program in improving the diabetic theoretical knowledge, operation skills and communication skills of community nurses.
