Study on the effect of the family doctor using the mobile phone WeChat to manage the community diabetic patients

目的 :探讨家庭医生利用手机微信管理社区糖尿病患者的效果。方法 :2014年1月至2015年11月选择上海市长宁区华阳街道社区卫生服务中心200例糖尿病患者,随机分成微信干预组和对照组各100例,在对照组家庭医生常规管理糖尿病患者的基础上,微信干预组加用手机微信开展糖尿病健康教育和医患互动,通过比较两组患者干预前后6个月的糖尿病血糖指标和疾病自我管理能力的变化,以评价微信管理效果。结果 :糖尿病患者加用微信管理后,空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疾病自我管理能力有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :微信管理糖尿病患者可有效地改善患者的血糖指标和疾病自我管理能力,应提倡家庭医生利用微信平台强化糖尿病患者的健康教育和医患互动。

Objective： To explore the effect of the family doctor using mobile phone We Chat to manage diabetic patients in the community. Methods： From January 2014 to November 2015, 200 diabetic patients were selected in Huayang Community Health Service Center in Changning District, Shanghai and randomly divided into a Wechat intervention group with 100 cases and a control group with 100 cases. On the basis of the routine management of diabetic patients in the control group, the We Chat intervention group was added with mobile phone We Chat to carry out diabetes health education and interaction between the patients and doctors. By comparing the changes of diabetes blood glucose index and disease self-management ability of the patients in the two groups before and after 6 months of the intervention, the effect of We Chat management was evaluated. Results： The levels of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly decreased in the patients with diabetes mellitus after We Chat administration and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The disease selfmanagement ability was improved obviously and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： We Chat management of diabetes patients can effectively improve the patient＇s blood glucose index and disease self-management ability and the family doctors should be encouraged to use We Chat platform to strengthen the health education of diabetic patients and the interaction between doctors and patients.
