藏茵陈提取物抗肿瘤活性及其机理的研究进展

Review of Antitumor Activities of Zangyinchen Extracts and Their Mechanisms

藏茵陈是藏药中最具特色的治疗热症、肝胆病及血液病的清热解毒药,其提取物獐牙菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷、齐墩果酸、熊果酸与芒果苷等有效成分含量高、毒副作用小,具有抗肿瘤活性。笔者对藏药藏茵陈提取物抗肿瘤活性及其机理的研究进展进行综述,对其潜在的癌症临床治疗方向进行展望。

Zangyinchen is a Tibetan folk medicine with its various pharmacological effects,especially in the treat of gall bladder and liver disorders.Chemical and pharmacological studies of Zangyinchen have show that its rich bioactive constituents,amarogentin, gentiopicroside,ursolic acid and oleanolic acid,have been found to have antitumor activities with low toxicities.The author reviewed antitumor activities of Zangyinchen extracts and their Mechanisms to draw great attention on its potential clinical application on cancer therapy.
