牛阳教授运用中医药治疗多发性神经纤维瘤病1例

One Case of Professor Niu Yang Take Traditional Chinese Medicine to Treat Multiple Neurofibromatosis

神经纤维瘤病以皮肤组织的牛奶咖啡斑和神经纤维瘤为典型特征,临床表现多种多样,病变可累及人体多个系统和部位,现代医学难以彻底根治。牛阳教授认为该病的基本病机在于肺失宣降,痰浊阻络,故在治疗上采用温肺化痰通络的治疗大法,以二陈汤合三子养亲汤作为基础方,加用活血通络药物进行治疗。现将门诊跟师治疗1例病案报道如下。

Neurofibromatosis is typical characterized by cafe-au-lait spots and neurofibromatosis of skin tissue,with multipli-cate clinical manifestations,lesions involving multiple systems and parts,modern medical treatment is difficult to cure.Professor Niu Yang think of lung lose rise and fall,phlegm-damp block meridians and collaterals as the pathogenesis,so take warming lung、re-ducing phlegm、dreging collaterals as the therapeutic rules,apply er chen tang combine san zi yang qin tang as base case and add pro-moting blood circulating medicine to cure this disease.Now,to report one follows outpatient case.
