2005——2014年中医药治疗糖尿病前期文献计量分析

Analysis of the Literature of the Chinese Medicine Treatment of Pre-diabetes by Using Documentary Metrology Between 2005 and 2014

目的:反映近10年运用中医药治疗糖尿病前期的现状,为进一步防治糖尿病提供思路和依据。方法:运用文献计量学方法,检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国医学学术会议论文数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、PubMed数据库,收集中医药治疗糖尿病前期的文献,并对其进行定量分析。结果:共检出有效文献507篇,发表在175种期刊上,文献类型以临床研究为主,名家经验收集欠缺。结论:中医药治疗糖尿病前期的理论研究有待继续深入,中医药在本病的诊治上有待更多的发展。

Objective： To reflect current situation of pre-diabetes treated by Chinese medicine in the nearly 10 years, which mayprovide thought and scientific basis for preventing diabetes. Methods： Databases including CBMDisc, CMAC, CNKI, VIP, WanFang Data, PubMed, for the literature of the Chinese medicine treatment of pre-diabetes by using documentary metrology. Result： In total, 507 cases were included and published 175 journals, Document type is given priority to with clinical studies, and lack of expert experience.
