106例慢性乙型肝炎患者的中医体质类型分布

The TCM Constitutional Type of 106 Patients of Chronic Hepatitis B

目的:观察慢性乙型肝炎患者的中医类型分布及特点。方法:使用中医体质量表对106例临床慢性乙型肝炎患者进行调研。结果:106例慢性乙型肝炎患者的中医体质类型从高到底依次为:气虚质、平和质、气郁质、湿热质、阳虚质、痰湿质、阴虚质、血瘀质。其中复合体质的患者占50.9%,复合体质中以气虚质、痰湿质、湿热质出现频次较高,其次是气郁质、阳虚质、阴虚质、血瘀质。结论:该人群的单一体质类型中,以气虚质、气郁质最多见,复合体质中以气虚质、痰湿质、湿热质多见。

Objective： To investigate the distribution and characteristics of TCM constitution of patients of Chronic Hepatitis B（CHB）. Methods： 106 patients with CHB were investigated by constitution in Chinese medicine question- naire （CCMQ）. Results： The constitutional types of the 106 samples from high to low rankings were Qi-deficiency type, Gentleness type, Qi-depression type, wet-heat type, Yang-deficiency type, Phlegm-wetness type, Yin-deficiency type, Blood-stasis type. 50.9% percent were multiple pathology constitution and frequency of ranks from high to low were Qi-deficiency type, Phlegm-wetness type, wet-heat type, Qi-depression type, Yang-deficiency type, Yin-deficiency type, Blood-stasis type. Conclusion： In the single constitution types of this crowd, Qi-deficiency type and Qi-depres- sion type are more than others. In multiple pathology constitution of 106 samples, Qi-deficiency type, Phlegmwetness type and wet-heat type are more than others.
