芪附强心颗粒治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心衰20例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Qifu Qiangxin Granule in Treating 20 Cases with Heart Kidney Yang Deficiency Type of Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察慢性心衰心肾阳虚型患者服用中药芪附强心颗粒后的临床疗效。方法:将40例慢性心衰患者,随机分为2组,2组均给以标准化西医抗心衰药物治疗,观察组加服芪附强心颗粒,观察4周。观察服药前后的中医证候积分,BNP,6分钟步行试验,血浆内皮素(ET)的变化。结果:观察组患者临床疗效,BNP,6分钟步行试验,血浆内皮素(ET)优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:中医药芪附强心颗粒能提高心肾阳虚型患者临床效果。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Qifu Qiangxin Granule in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods： 40 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. All the patients were treated with standard western medicine. The observation group was treated with Qifu Qiangxin Granule for 4 weeks. The changes of plasma endothelin （ET） and the score of TCM syndrome, BNP, 6-minute walking test were observed before and after treatment. Results： The clinical efficacy, BNP, 6-minute walk test, plasma endothelin （ET） of the observation group were better than the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Qixuqiangxin Granule can improve the clini- cal effect of patients with heart - kidney yang deficiency.
