中西医结合治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Hanshi Bizu Type Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者78例,按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组各39例。治疗组在西医基础上加服麝香乌龙丸(人工麝香、制川乌、地龙、全蝎、黑豆),对照组只采用常规的西医基础治疗,2个月后对比2组间的临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率达94.87%,高与对照组的76.32%,差异具有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合疗法更能有效的提高寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating Hanshi Bizu type rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 78 cases with Hanshi Bizu type rheumatoid arthritis were ran- domly divide into the treatment group and the control group, 36 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Shexiang Wulong pills （artificial musk, musk, Radix, scorpion, black bean） on the basis of western medicine. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine only. After 2 months, the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate was 94.87% in the treatment group and 76.32% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The combination of traditional Chinese and west- ern medicine therapy can improve the quality of patients＇ life with rheumatism arthritis. It is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
