共青团作为执政党联系青年的建制化外围群团组织,在与党委政府的政治呼应、政策联动及对青年的政治动员中发挥着重要作用。长期以来,共青团形成了一套卓有成效的政治参与方式,在青年政治参与过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。群团改革以及互联网时代对传统宣传模式的冲击,深刻影响着共青团组织,同时共青团在青年政治参与中的绩效面临着来自执政党、共青团内部及社会大众的重新审视与考察。本文旨在探讨共青团动用自身及社会资源在青年政治参与中的绩效考察,从而为共青团更好地发挥政治职能提供参考建议。

Being the institutional outer mass organization for the ruling party to maintain ties with the youth, the Communist Youth League plays an important role in echoing politically the Party committee and government, policy linkage and the political mobilization of youth. For a long time the Communist Youth League has found a set of effective ways of participation in politics and plays a decisive role in the process of such participation of the youth. The reform of mass organizations and impulsive force created by the era of internet to the traditional mode of propaganda are both bringing profound influence on the Communist Youth League organization, and at the same time the Communist Youth League is facing reexamination and assessment from the ruling party, within the League and from the public to its performance in political participation of the youth. This article aims at discussing the performance assessment of the Communist Youth League in political participation of the youth by using its own and social resources, so as to provide reference for the Communist Youth League to better play its political function.
