轮胎成型机因机械结构复杂、精密部件多、运动部位动作频繁等因素,其故障率在轮胎制造设备中一直处于较高水平,定期的保养与维护尤为重要。本文结合VMI成型机的日常保养流程,阐述轮胎成型机在维护管理中应开展的相关工作和注意事项。

Because of the complicated mechanical structure, precision parts, moving parts of frequently movement and other factors, the failure rate of tire building machine in the tire manufacturing equipment has been in a higher level, regular management and maintenance is particularly important. In this paper, combined with our company VMI building machine daily maintenance process, elaborating the related work and the matters needing attention of the tire building machine in the maintenance management should be carry out.
