摘要
采用机器人进行MAG立向上焊接工艺试验,分析研究了不同间隙对其焊接过程的影响趋势及形成机理。试验结果表明,间隙的出现及变化使机器人MAG立向上焊接过程的稳定性下降,焊后焊缝的表面状态变差,同时增加了自动化立向上MAG焊的难度;对不同间隙下的焊缝横剖面进行了金相观察,发现焊缝的余高和熔深尺寸也随间隙的变化而变化。
MAG vertical-welding experiments were carried out by using robot,and the effect of different gaps on robot MAG vertical-weld process was studied.It is concluded that gaps can decrease the stability of the process,the weld appearance state,and made the process harder.The weld reinforcement and the penetration also have corresponding changes through metallographic experiment.
