摘要
为了明确不同诱捕器和引诱剂对红缘天牛的诱捕效果,2015—2016年在陕西佳县枣园,利用4种诱捕器和4种引诱剂进行了红缘天牛成虫诱捕效果试验。结果表明,4种诱捕器日均诱捕数量从高到低顺序为漏斗诱捕器>十字诱捕器>挡板诱捕器>船式诱捕器,其中,漏斗诱捕器诱捕红缘天牛日均数量显著高于其他3种诱捕器(P<0.05),十字诱捕器和挡板诱捕器之间差异不显著(P>0.05),船式诱捕器诱捕红缘天牛日均数量显著低于其他3种诱捕器(P<0.05)。说明漏斗诱捕器诱捕效果最好,船式诱捕器效果最差。4种引诱剂均诱捕到了红缘天牛成虫,日均诱捕数量从高到低顺序为引诱剂A>引诱剂D>引诱剂B>引诱剂C,引诱剂A日均诱捕数量最高,显著高于其他3种引诱剂(P<0.05),引诱剂B和引诱剂D之间诱捕数量差异不显著(P>0.05)。漏斗诱捕器适合诱捕红缘天牛成虫,4种引诱剂均具有诱捕效果,引诱剂A诱捕效果最好。研究结果可为红缘天牛田间监测和可持续控制提供理论依据。
To clear the trapping effects of different traps and attractants for the capture of Asias halodendri,the trapping effects of 4types of traps and 4 kinds of attractants on A.halodendri,were studied in jujube orchid in Jiaxian,Shaanxi province from 2015 to 2016.The results shewed that the average daily number of the tested four traps were funnel traps cross traps intercept traps wing traps.The average daily number of the funnel traps for trapping weevils was significantly higher than that of the other 3 traps(P〈0.05),and the average daily trappi ng number between i ntercept traps and cross traps was not signifi cant(P〈0.05).The average daily number of wings traps was significantly lower than that of the other 3 traps(P〈0.05).It suggested that the trapping effect of funnel traps was best and the trapping effect of wings traps was the worst.Four kinds of attractants,attractants A(supercritical CO_2 extracts of Muzao twigs),attractants B(Hexenyl acetate),attractants C(n-undecane),and attractants D(n-undecane:Hexenyl acetate = 1:1),were used capturing A.halodendri.Four kinds of attractants could trap in A.halodendri adults.The average daily number of attractants for trapping weevils was significantly higher than that of attractants B,attractants C and attractants D(P〈0.05),and the average daily trapping number between attractants D and attractants B was not significant(P〈0.05).The results indicated that funnel traps was a suitable for the capture A.halodendri.Four kinds of attractants had the trapping effect on A.halodendri,and attractants A was best attractants for trapping A.halodendri.The research provides a basis for monitoring and sustainable controlling A.halodendri in filed.
