摘要
在极端温度胁迫下,植物体内会发生一系列复杂的生理、生化变化来响应外界环境。代谢组学已成为系统生物学的重要组成部分之一,是对某一生物、组织或细胞中小分子量的代谢产物进行定性和定量分析,以揭示生命现象与过程。综述了植物响应温度胁迫的代谢谱分析,并展望了代谢组学急需解决的问题。这将为今后引种、驯化、改良和培育抗寒或耐热植物提供充分的理论依据。
Under acute temperature stress,a complex process invdving a number of physidcgical and biochemical changes occured within plants.One promise of systems biology was metabdomics that could be defined as the complete set of small-molecule metabdites within a bidogy,organ or cell for revealing the process and phenomenon of the life.Here,the paper highlighted a selection of recent publications in the temperature stress field,and the problems that need to be settled in time in metabdomics were prospected.These provided irrportant information for introduction,acclimation,improvement,and breed of plant cdd hardening or thermotdence.
