学术期刊栏目的策划、成效与建议——以《中国实用内科杂志》为例

Planning,achievement and suggestions of columns of academic journals:taking Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine as an example

【目的】探索医学学术期刊栏目设置,提升学术交流与讨论氛围,把握市场动态,做好期刊的经营工作。【方法】采用文献检索与分析、数据统计等方法,分析《中国实用内科杂志》编辑部自2014年设置"中国呼吸道感染优化治疗组(CROTC)专栏"栏目以来的经验得失。【结果】截至2016年8月,CROTC专栏共发表文章12篇,对临床医生治疗呼吸道感染时合理化用药有着较强的指导性,同时创造了良好的经济效益。【结论】医学学术期刊栏目设置应该结合期刊自身特点和学科内的热点资讯,同时还应该把握市场动态,达到多方共盈的局面。

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the atmosphere of academic exchange and discussion in order to explore the column setting of medical academic journals,grasp the market dynamics and do a good job of journal management. [Methods]By using literature retrieval and analysis,data statistics,the analysis of the editorial office of Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine was made since it setup＂the CROTC columns＂since 2014. [Findings] After the statistical analysis,the total number of this journal by the end of August 2016 is 12. It is reasonable for clinicians to have a strong readability of drug guidance,while creating a better economic efficiency. [Conclusions]The establishment of medical academic journals should be combined with the characteristics of journals and the hot topics in the subject. At the same time,we should grasp the market dynamics and achieve a＂win-win＂situation.
