An Empirical Study on the Enterprise Supplementary Medical Insurance under the Theory of Welfare Needs--Based on the TOPSIS method

企业补充医疗保险作为基本医疗保险的重要补充,在满足企业员工医疗保障需要方面发挥着重要作用。在社会福利需要理论的指导下,通过对X集团内部10家机构补充医疗保险政策及实施情况的实证调研,运用TOPSIS方法,从覆盖面、保障度、持续性和高效性四个指标维度进行问题分析,提出完善企业补充医疗保险的政策建议。

As an important supplement of the basic medical insurance,enterprise supplementary medical insurance plays an important role in meeting the needs of employee medical insurance. Under the theory of welfare needs,through the empirical research of supplementary medical insurance policy and implementation on the 10 institutions within X group,based on the TOPSIS method,analysis from the dimensions of coverage,security,sustainability and efficiency,put forward to perfect the enterprise supplementary medical insurance policy.
