胰岛素不同注射部位对糖尿病患者血糖值的影响观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病患者在选择胰岛素注射治疗时,不同的注射部位对血糖影响的具体情况,以此来确定最佳的胰岛素注射部位达到最好的降血糖效果。方法筛选从2015年1月至10月收治的149例本地户籍的2型糖尿病患者,按照患者的人院顺序前75例患者注射胰岛素部位为早上腹部、晚上臀部,注射剂量以患者血糖水平为参考,该75例患者定为规律组。后入院的74例患者早晨和晚上均没有固定的注射部位,随机选择,该74例患者定为随机组,随后由医生统计两组患者血糖达标所用的天数。结果规律组患者治疗后96h空腹血糖水平为(6.98±2.15)mmol/L,餐后2h血糖(9.72±3.04)mmol/L,而血糖达标所用时间为(4.97±2.44)d;随机组患者治疗后96h空腹血糖水平为(8.13±2.27)mmol/L,餐后2h血糖(11.35±4.36)mmol/L,而血糖达标所用时间为(7.98±2.16)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的疗效是众所周知的,然后选择合适的注射部位并维持这种规律能够更快的将患者血糖稳定在正常范围内,因此需要制定一套规范的注射方案,帮助患者得到更优质的治疗服务。 Objective To analyze the impact of different insulin injection sites on blood glucose level of patients with type 2 diabetes, and determine the best insulin injection site. Methods 149 native patients with type 2 diabetes from January to October 2015 were divided into 2 groups according to the order of hospitalization. The former 75 patients were injected insulin on abdomen in the morning and on hip in the evening and marked as regular group; while the later 74 patients were injected insulin on randomly chosen sites in the morning and evening and marked as random group. The number of days of reaching the standard blood glucose level of the 2 groups were counted. Results 96 h after treatment, FBG of regular group was (6.98±2.15)mmol/L, 2hPBG was (9.72±3.04)mmol/L, the time of reaching the standard blood glucose level was (4.97±2.44)d, those of random group were (8.13±2.27)retool/L, (11.35±4.36)mmol/L, (7.98±2.16)d, with statistically significant differences between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusions Insulin has an obvious clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, and a proper injection site can make it sooner to keep blood glucose within a normal range. So a formal injection scheme needs to be made to reach better treatments.
