摘要 长链非编码RNAs(long noncoding RNAs,lnc RNAs)是长度≥200个核苷酸的非蛋白编码转录子。多数lnc RNAs在肿瘤组织中显示致癌基因的作用,通过影响肿瘤细胞的增生、迁移、浸润和转移促进肿瘤的发生发展;部分lnc RNAs已成为特定肿瘤的诊断及预后标志物。对其表达、功能及机制的研究成为当前肿瘤研究的热点,但多集中于上皮源性肿瘤。本文旨在对lnc RNAs在淋巴造血系统肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。 Long noncoding RNAs (IncRNAs) are non-protein coding transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides. Most IncRNAs have pronounced oncogenic effects associated with tumorigenesis and progression, promoting the proliferation, migration, invasion, and metastasis of tumor cells. The specific IncRNAs expression in particular types of cancers makes them promising diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers. Currently, studies on IncRNAs expression, functions, and mechanisms have attracted considerable attention in cancer research. However, these studies mainly focus on epitheliogenic malignant tumors. In this review, we outline the current state of information on IncRNAs and research progress on its role in haematopoietic and lymphoid tissue tumors.
