摘要
芯片式色谱柱具有体积小,效率高,易于集成化等特点,将其引入到色谱分离系统中取代原有的传统色谱柱。利用芯片式色谱柱,针对几种典型的挥发性有机物(VOCs)进行实验。在不同载气流量下对基线值、甲苯响应值以及甲苯、甲硫醚混合气的分离进行对比验证实验,根据其响应值和分离度的大小确定最佳载气流速。在保证色谱柱柱效尽可能高的前提下,确定最佳载气流量为6 m L/min。
Chip column has the characteristics of small volume,high efficiency and easy integration. It is introduced into the chromatographic separation system to replace the traditional column in this study. The separation of several typical volatile organic compounds( VOCs) is performed by using chip column. The baseline value,the toluene response and the separation of toluene and methyl sulfide mixtures at different carrier gas flow rates are compared. The optimal carrier gas flow rate is determined as 6 m L / min according to the response value and the separation degree of toluene and methyl sulfide mixtures.
