扎实推进高考内容改革 助力提高教育质量--访教育部考试中心主任姜钢

Steadily Promoting the Content Reform of the College Entrance Examination to Help Improve the Quality of Education: An Interview with JIANG Gang,Director of the National Education Examinations Authority

高考改革是考试招生制度改革的重要组成部分,深化高考考试内容改革是国务院《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》(简称《实施意见》)明确提出的重要举措。《实施意见》颁布两年来,高考考试内容改革强调以立德树人为核心,加强"一点四面"考查,强化育人功能和积极导向作用。2017年高考考试内容改革进入全面推进的关键节点,教育部考试中心主任姜钢详细介绍高考考试内容改革的总体目标、顶层设计和阶段性成果,解读社会关心的热点问题,提出助力高考考试内容改革如期完成的支撑体系。

As a critical part of the examination and enrollment system reform, furthering the content reform of the College Entrance Examination in particular is one of the important initiatives put forth explicitly in Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Examination and Enrollment System Reform （hereinafter Implementation Opinions）. Two years since the promulgation of the Implementation Opinions, emphasizing morality as the core, the content reform has strengthened the assessment of the so-called ＂one basic point and four aspects＂ and at the same time enhanced the educational function and positive washback effect of the exam. As the content reform of the exam is progressing to a critical point, Jiang Gang, director of National Education Examinations Authority, gives a detailed explanation of the overall objectives and top-level design of the reform as well as its initial results. Also, he addresses some of the concerns of the public and stresses the need of a support system for the timely completion of the reform.
